Ethereal

With a touch of blue deepening the white. 

Gracefully, 

It crawls on the ground, 

Hence its humble nature;

While the end of its bent-upward spikes, 

Reveals its true character of fighting against fate.    

Wherever I grow, 

I am indeed different from other gaudy ones--

I was born fragrant, 

I won’t be stuck in the dirt."
