Política de envío
1: All domestic garment orders will be shipped free of charge.
2: For non-garment domestic orders, if the order amount is below $150, we will charge $10 per package as our shipping&handling fee; if the order amount is at or above $150, it automatically qualifies for free shipping.
3: For international shipments, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
4: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via your registered email address.
5: As our default shipping methods, we will use USPS Standard service for all domestic orders (expected 3-5 business days after shipping), and DHL Express for our international shipments (which usually will take about 3-7 business days or more depending on the delivery address).
Please note that during peak or holiday seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.
6: Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (lotus@lotusandmichael.com) within 24 hours after the placement of the order. Otherwise, the order will be processed as usual.
7: Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don’t provide any exchange service at this time. If you want to change the item you placed, we suggest you either cancel it (see item 6) or return your order and place a new one. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
